Faithe

I am fascinated by the ways we encounter the sacred in the midst of ordinary life—in moments we might otherwise overlook. I'm especially interested in how we learn to recognize these experiences and trust what we know within ourselves.

I believe we each have an innate capacity for spiritual knowing, though it isn't always easy to hear or trust that inner voice. Sometimes it helps to have someone alongside us who will listen, wonder, and explore with us.

That's what I hope to offer. A place where you can bring your questions, uncertainties, experiences, and discoveries without needing to arrive at any particular conclusion. I'm not here to tell you what to believe or how to understand your experiences. I'm interested in what they mean to you and what might emerge as we give them our attention.

My own approach has been shaped by contemplative Christian traditions, compassion-based practices, and my studies at Yale Divinity School. I'll complete my certification in Compassion-Based Spiritual Direction through the Center for Engaged Compassion in November 2026 and expect to graduate from Yale with a Master of Arts in Religion in spring 2027.

As I begin my first year of practice, I'm offering sessions at a reduced introductory rate. I'm looking forward to growing in this work, learning through experience, and building relationships with those who feel drawn to explore together.
